This pre-JCB piece of engineering is shifting spoil around, presumably during clearance of the Peel site.  The nissen hut is the garage (later demolished to make way for Lincoln Hall) and the chalets at left are in the cluster numbered 65-74.  The photographer is standing near the pond, looking north west.
